There have been and right now is a new one on Sid which I am presently 
downloading so we'll see.

It is also possible to compile qt3 as part of the Konstruct build. Would this 
be better?

(Wouldn't it be nice of the KDE stuff on Sid was not such a nightmare right 
now :-)? )
