Mine are all working at last, in Mozilla, FireFox and Konqueror.  It may be a 
completely different problem from yours, but what was needed was:

cd /usr/bin
ln -s /usr/local/RealPlayer/realplay

Apparently it just hadn't been able to find realplay in the system path.
