I haven't used GnomeMeeting for some time, so I don't know what the
situation is now. It's sound capability used to be OSS, and I don't
know whether it handles alsa. There is a mailing list for it, though.
I don't know what's available on Mac, but I do know that GM can talk to
NetMeeting, because I've done it.
