[kde-linux] How to add/modify list options of media pop up?

Hi all

Now in KDE 3.5, on detection of specific media types
KDE presents the user with a list of optional actions
(http://www.kde.org/announcements/visual_guide_images-3.5/device-popup.png).

How do I add new actions to the list effective for all
users, eg. 1). for audio cds, play with xmms, play
with amarok, etc, 2). for DVDs, play with Xine,
Mplayer, vlc, etc )?
