[kde-linux] k3b doesn't allow any writers (SOLVED!)

Upgraded to 2.6.10-3 w/ win4lin packages.
Surprisingly this kernel appeared in my update sources all of a sudden and 
installed without a problem.
Fixed the CD writer issue.
