[kde-linux] Download and installation of standalone KEXI

Hello Frederick,

Type:
kexi

in Konsole or pick Office->Kexi in K Menu.

Windows has no KDE libraries installed while Linux has them.

Use Kexi 0.9 is you dont need entrie KOffice. Otherwise install KOffice >=1.4 
first (this will install older Kexi 0.8.x), then install Kexi 0.9, using 
(dirty) 'rpm -i --force kexi*****.rpm' command, if you want to overwrite older 
Kexi version.
