[kde-linux] Native grub support in KDE 3.4

Apparently there is support for grub in KDE 3.4 according to this

Well I get the grub options in the logout dialog vai the reboot button but 
they don't have any effect on grub.

I know the options aren't from lilo as I haven't had that installed so there 
isn't any left over configuration for it.

So how do I go about getting a correctly configured grub?
