[Kde-l10n-kn] kdebase translation crossed 75%

Umesh,
Yes, you have got time till atleast 15th.. But what I feel is, it is better
commit whatever the translation is completed so far and start with the
latest merged file. This will avoid any conflicts with the upstream updates.
