[Kde-l10n-kn] New translation initiative

Umesh,
It is great to know the re initiation of kde translation has started and new
guys are jumping into this. Right now I am targeting fedora to achieve 100%
by march 31st (now it is 80%), and will plan to do some kde translation
after that.

Any way, good luck for your studies..
