Ramprakash has pointed out a clash in the shortcuts.po file. Well as he said and as I have said before, it is not possible to completely avoid such clashes. Feel free to deviate from the standard when clashes occur. But try to alter the less frequent shortcut than a more frequent one. Frequency is known by the word's position in the shortcuts.po file. First word is most frequent.
