sending the progress report now.

files completed: 
kcmbackground: 81 % (the remaining strings are very
big. may be i'll do them later.)
all the remaining: 100 %

plan for the week ahead: will not be wokring on l10n

other issues: sometimes it is difficult to strictly
follow the kayboard shortcuts as mentioned in
shortcuts.po. for example, i came across 'refresh' and
'quit' in the same file. shortcuts.po has 'ನ' for
both. so i had to deviate from this. of course it is
NOT possible to avoid this a priori while doing
shortcuts.po. i think we'll have to live with this.
