[Kde-l10n-kn] The recommended KDE standard strings

I am attaching the standards files. Please use the strings/words from these
files at every possible place in your translations. To reduce the work on
everyone, we have put in the English words (in Kannada lipi) also, wherever
we feel the user may not understand the equivalent Kannada word. Please
retain them wherever you deem them necessary. More details about the
standards and its usage will follow in another mail, tomorrow. I will
shortly send a mail about the work assigned. So kindly start munching on
your files as early as possible. More details about the whole plan for the
coming month will be detailed in another mail, tomorrow.
