[kde-il] QupZilla Hebrew Translation

Hello,

There is a high quality Qt web browser called QupZilla, which I have
been translating into Hebrew.

I would appreciate new contributors who would keep the Hebrew
translation of QupZilla up-to-date.

Over 95% of string are translated.

The guidelines used are of Microsoft Windows whereas menu items with
ellipsis "…" are realized into adverbs.  If you want to, you may change
menu items to conform with KDE/Mozilla/Qt style (i.e. verbs be kept as
verbs).

Any volunteers?
