[Kde-kiosk] Set as Background

Yes, With Firefox it doesn't do anything, must be a bug. But with konqueror
if you right-click on an image go to actions and then 'set asbackground' it
changes the background.

I just need the command to put into my kiosk skel to hide this function. Any
ideas?
