[Kde-kiosk] KDE 3.4 Create new

In KDE 3.4 the menu entry Create New has changed
compared to KDE 3.3. I've disabled the device entries
by adding action/devnew=false to kdeglobals but the
following entries Text file,HTML file,Link to Location
(URL) and Link to Appliciation are new entries. Users
may create new folders so this entry must show in this
menu. The others must be hidden. The only DCOP entry I
can find is action/new_menu=false. This entry
clompletely hides the Create new menu but then users
cannot create new folders. 

How can I hide the menuentries 

Text File...
HTML File ...
Link to Location (URL)...
Link to Application ...
