[Kde-kiosk] system wide bookmarks

Can someone point me in the direction of doing system wide bookmarks in 
the bookmark toolbar that cannot be changed? I have konqeror running 
fullscreen and the mainmenu turned off on our kiosks. Also does someone 
know how to make konqueror start up after the 'user' logs in (I'm using 
the KDE autologin feature).

My system:
20-30 terminals
SuSE 9.3 x64
KDE 3.4.0
