[Kde-kiosk] Applying menus globally, Odd behaviour found, BUG(?) Squashed!

Hi Verner,

Please have a look at the "Problem with Applying Group Profiles to new
Users" thread as this may be related to your problem - though I am on 
Suse 9.1.  I will hopefully be installing 9.2 this arvo so I will see if 
I get the same problem as you.
