[Kde-kiosk] several problems (autostart, konuqeror...)

Hi List!

I've set up a kiosk environment that works very well
except several problems:

1) How can I hide the toolbar on the left with the
devices/bookmarks... that is showed when you open
konqueror?

2) I tried to create an .desktop file that should be
executed when kde starts. But apparently it doesn't
work. I tried to put it into
/etc/kiosk-profiles/default/share/autostart/,
.../default/share/Autostart/,
.../default/share/autostart/.hidden/ and
.../default/share/Autostart/.hidden/, but no time it
worked. Where can I put .desktop files so that they
are executed everytime on startup?

3) I tried to tell KDE to start video-files with
'gmplayer -ao arts', but that does not work either. I
tried with the kiosk-tool, but I guess it hasn't saved
the modification. So I tried doing it myself, but I
don't know exactly where to put the .desktop file.
