Ok, then I misunderstood you. Waldo's mail should explain how to achieve that, 
though, just set some strategic X-KDE-autostart-after keys and the order 
should be correct.

The only thing I am not sure about is if you can set 
'X-KDE-autostart-after=kmyapp' so Kicker starts after your application and 
add the kmyapp.desktop file only for the profile. If that works it means that 
root can do maintenance without the application; otherwise you will still get 
the app for all users.
