[Kde-kiosk] Alt F4 disable

Since tricks like the Alt-F4 default 'close window' shortcut might not
be known to all users (even advanced folks like us, trying to set up
a kiosk), it'd be nice to expose as much of this as possible in the
kiosk tool GUI ;)
