[Kde-kiosk] switching of the konqueror sidebar [auf Viren überprüft]

Hi erveryone !

We would like to switch off the variable sidebar at the left side of the 
konqueror that provides quick access to
the network, lan and newsticker. It´s a good feature for home-users but 
might cause some embarrass the users.

A further problem is that the configuration (if these shortcuts are 
hidden or not) is stored in the syscoca but not in
configuration files (*.rc, probably konquerorrc) in the 
~/.kde/share/config directory.

Inserting:

into the konquerorrc doesn´t work. How can this switching-off be 
achieved ?? I think it´s a good
feature for the future.
