I did start writing a GUI for the Kiosk, it's in kdenonbeta/kpolicy. It
does suck quite badly. Don't know whether it's worth trying to improve it
or start from scratch.

[Now let's remove kde-ev-membership from the To and move the discussion to
kde-kiosk....]
