[Kde-kiosk] konquerorrc not used by Konqueror

I edited /home/user1/.kde/share/config/konquerorrc
I put

[KonqMainWindow]
MenuBar=Disabled

Because i dont want the menu bar.

But Konqueror still has the menu bar.
It seems to me, that Konqueror just doesn't use it.
But what else?
Maybe it has something to do with profiles?

Any ideas?
