No, on the keys you want to use ;-)

Ctrl, Shift, Alt and Meta (the Windows or Apple keys) are modifiers. You can 
have any combination of modifiers that you want (including none at all) as 
long as you add one and exactly one 'normal' key to your keyboard 
accelerator.

Thus, 'K' is as valid as 'Ctrl-Shift-Alt-Meta-K', but 'K-L' is not.

See also the keyboard shortcuts module in the control centre btw ('kcmshell 
keys') -- modifying the keys there is usually easier.
