[Kde-kiosk] How to disable...

Hi,
I'm a relative newcomer to locking down KDE but I've more or less 
got to a stage I'm happy with. However, I'm still looking for a way to 
disable the pop-up menu when the right hand mouse button is 
clicked on the kicker - it gives a choice of:
KDE Panel handbook
About KDE panel
About KDE

Also I would like to disable right hand mouse clicking on the start 
applications button which gives:
Menu Editor
Panel Menu -> Help -> the 3 items above

Changes made in the menu throught the menu editor are not saved
so it's really just a cosmetic improvement I'm trying to make.
