[Kde-kiosk] Disable "Save As...", "Open" or "Cancel" dialog?

If one were to click on an un-associated file type (a .zip, .exe, .tar.gz,
etc.) in Konqueror, it opens a dialog asking if you want to save it
("Save As..."), open it ("Open"; launches "Open With" dialog) or
neither ("Cancel").

Is there any way to simply tell Konqueror to not do ANYTHING with these
kinds of files?  (Other than perhaps showing a pop-up saying "Unsupported
file type"?)
