Not sure about RedHat but you may have a file README.kiosk somewhere on your 
disk. (somewhere under /usr/share/doc/... most likely) That file will 
describe the available switches in your version of KDE.

Alternatively, you can also go to 
http://webcvs.kde.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/*checkout*/kdelibs/kdecore/README.kiosk?rev=1.4.2.1

But that server seems to be down at the moment.
