[Kde-kiosk] floppy and cdrom access in kiosk mode

These icons are automatically provided by suseplugger. If you want closer 
control over which user gets them I suggest to disable suseplugger and create 
a .desktop file for those users that should have access to it and place that 
in $HOME/Desktop of such user or any suitable 
$KDEDIR/share/apps/kdesktop/Desktop/ directory.

You can create such .desktop file in your own $HOME/Desktop directory by using 
"RMB -> New -> Device" on the desktop and then copy it to where you want to 
have it.
