[Kde-kiosk] Simple Lock down?

There is a Mozilla kiosk 'chrome' (I guess is what you'd call it) out there,
which I guess has gotten pretty good.  (When I was looking into setting up
a kiosk, KDE's was much better, and was 99% fully functional by the time
we rolled the machine out, over a year ago.)


What boggles me, though, is why one would want to allow someone to run
a _terminal_ on a 'locked down' system?  You had better have THAT locked
down very well, too, otherwise it's like leaving the keys in the ignition! :)
