Konqueror KActionCollection (was: Re: [Kde-kiosk] desktop only)

thanks for your kind help, looks pretty good right now.

However, what I'm still missing, is the KActionCollection for Konqueror.
There are some settings I would like to lock, but I was unable to get a list
:(
