This is somewhat of a bug. It's correct that the changes aren't saved 
but it shouldn't be possible to drag kicker around either when 
kickerrc is locked down. (John, are you maintaining kicker these 
days? Dragging should be disabled when Kicker::isImmutable() returns 
true)
