Or use a custom start_kde script that starts Konqueror as login shell. Sounds 
better to me since at least you have the ability to disable restricted 
actions altogether using the kiosk framework, whereas Mozilla provides the 
user no clue that an action disallowed, except on the unix filesystem level 
when actually trying to do it. Nor do I think Mozilla allows you to disable 
local filesystem browsing.
