What's the magic to disable movement (reorientation) of toolbars? (Like Location, Bookmarkmenu, Toolbar, etc. in Konqueror) I've got "action/options_configure_toolbars=false", but I believe that's only removed the toolbar configuration options (e.g., what buttons are available, etc.) in the "Tools" menu.
