KDE Promo needs a short video in Japanese for FOSSASIA

Hi Paul,

Thanks for getting in touch!
Since not everyone on this ML is fluent in English, I will repost your
message in Japanese.

However, Japan community is inactive recently and I'm not sure if
anyone raise their hands, unfortunately.

To avoid misunderstanding, let me know what is KDE Network.
Is it a new KDE product? Or does it mean the relationship of the
people contributing/using KDE?
