[KDE-India] Introducing myself, GSoC 2008?

Hello

I just joined this mailing list a few days back, so I thought I must
introduce myself.

I'm doing a BTech. in Engineering Physics at IIT Madras, and am
currently in my sophomore year.

I've liked KDE since I first used Linux and I fell in love with quite
a few programs - especially KStars. I also contribute small patches to
KStars.

I'm planning to apply for Google Summer of Code 2008 and have decided
to work with KDE in general and KStars in particular. Pradeepto's mail
on the foss-in mailing list provided a lot of encouragement. I also
found Till's notes on writing a better application useful. Thanks a
lot for those!
