[KDE-India] Do we need a "Solve Newbie's Troubles" Section

Hi,
Do we[kde.in] need a small section in the website, that tackles problems
that people face with KDE and provide solutions to those!!
Could well behave like questions being posted (categorized by levels;
newbie,intermediate,expert,pro) ; and solutions posted next, just like any
other forum would.
Features maybe added / removed as per feasibility.
