Quite frankly, I am very pleased about 2 things:
- Someone has appreciated my contribution as an *artist* ;) (OK! Ladies, here 
I come ... ;) )
- My idea was *not* chosen ... admittedly, the idea was totally lame :)


Even if the use of tricolour is totally unacceptable as per the flag code, I 
really doubt that the cricket people would be "arrested and put in jail". So 
comparing your situation with the BCCI is probably not right.
