The colours you see there are actually the spanish flag

As far as I know, few/no european country or the usa have such tough flag
codes as we have in India. If you look at the foss.in logo, we had to get
really creative to use the Indian colours to avoid breaking the law.
The issue you are going to face is the KDE gear, which is too close an
approximation of the Indian Ashoka Chakra, and will almost certainly cause
a problem in india, especially since the Chakra is actually also dark
blue.
To play it safe, use the colours of the flag (saffron, wite and green) but
stay away from *anything* that makes it look flag like.
For example the letters KDE, each in a colour of the flag, resting on a
large blue gear. Just stay away from anything flag-like.
