[KDE-India] initial check-ins for kde-telugu

Hi,

I have completed initial translatation of kde in telugu.
I have done
1)desktop_kdelibs.po ---> 100%
2)desktop_l10n.po ---> 100%
3)kdelibs.po ---> 50%
They are for the trunk branch.
please test them and report any bugs.
if you have any contributions to the translation project, u are welcome aboard.
