exactly.. if you have problems running installed kde
then do like this
1. find out where it got installed and where is startkde.
2. if startkde is not in the something like /usr/local/kde/bin/* other than
/usr/bin/*
3. do a symlink to startkde in the /usr/bin/startkde directory. to the
/usr/local/kde/bin/startkde
4. run it and enjoy
or
3. add /usr/loca/kde/bin in the PATH:.. >> in /etc/profile.
4. re login.. startkde should work.
