[Kde-imaging] Adding kipi plugin, do I need to become KDE developer

Another question.

Can I add a menu item to the services menu.

I want to open photivo by clicking on an image, pulling up a menu, and 
choosing photivo.

I want the behavior to be similar to the "Open With" menu.
