            Bug ID: 310580
          Severity: normal
           Version: 2.9.0
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: kde-imaging at kde.org
Summary: DNG Converter cannot save image if path have non-ascii
                    characters
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: dolebruno at yahoo.fr
          Hardware: Fedora RPMs
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: DngConverter
           Product: kipiplugins

When DNG Converter want to write converted image in a path with non-ascii
characters, it fails with the error message : "Failed to save image".
If there's ascii characters only in the path, DNG Converter works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a RAW file within a non-ascii character path (e. g. 20121002 -
Gribouille à la maison)
2. Convert and save it into the same folder
3.
Actual Results:
DNG Converter cannot save the image with the message : "Failed to save image"

Expected Results:
DNG Convert can save the converted image.

Perhaps this is the same bug than here :
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=308465

This is the same symptom.
