"We recently made the server side validate the uploaded input in a more strict
way. Upon first upload of a photo, we decided to insist on either a <title>
element in the photo entry's meta data, or the special HTTP header "Slug". The
reason is simply that parts of our web frontend are relying on a proper
filename stored as the title of the photo."

Right now, the title element sent by kipi-plugins is there, but empty.
