Thank You Michael! You are right! Trying to open the suggested url with
konqueror I got the same problem. 
Konqueror isn't my preferrend borwser, I never used it but; looking to
konqueror configuration I found that the browser don't send it's
identification. 
I selected 'Send identification' and 'Add operating system name' on 'Browser
identification' in configuration windows and now gpssync works fine!
