I hacked in the CMake glue to make this build with opencv-2.0.0 .  If you think
that's the problem here, I have my doubts whether I'll be able to convince our
opencv maintainers to update to 2.1.0.  If so, our only option will be to ship
kipi-plugins without the RemoveRedEyes plugin.
