[Kde-imaging] krazy2 warnings

Hi,

I got a lot of small fixes for krazy2 warnings in kipi-plugins. Should I 
wait with committing them until 0.8 is released or not? I don't think 
any of them could break compiling on windows nor do they change 
functionality. All are syntactic sugar.
