[Kde-imaging] kipi-plugins 0.3.0 tomorrow as bug-fix release....

Ok, I have not checked every batchplugin, but 80% and I have not found another 
memleak, so I hope the other ones are clean, too.
At least the shared code is properly handled now.

So I guess we can happily release the plugins now :D
