/usr/X11R6/lib64/libGLcore.so.1 is in fact part of the NVidia driver
installation.

Rather than reporting this to NVidia I want to note, that the issue described
here does not happen with kde4-kipi-plugins 0.2 RC2, but beginning with some
later SVN version. What has been changed since this time in the Advanced
SlideShow plugin?
