I have a lot of problems with nvidia drivers in the last time, I had to
downgrade to 173.14.12 to make it work. Now I have bad performance throughout
KDE and digiKam, but at least it is not crashing all the time.
Sometimes my session was just logged out automatically, sometimes I got pink
dots all over the desktop, then I had a tiled screen etc.
Maybe you are facing the same problem.
