I recently added the feature to flickr uploader. Should someone select all
the photos in an album and select a photoset this will happen.

The user request on this bug however talks about providing a functionality
where user can select an album X on his machine and say export to
picasawebexport after creating an album of name Y on picasaweb.

I assume this means some changes to the UI of photo selection and then
providing a special upload to album button which opens a dialog with current
albums and allow creation of a new album name.

Luka, How exactly are you planning to approach the same ?
